Where to buy, guidance needed

Hi all,

I've set my mind on taking Clen and considered using Spiropent Clen.

I have no idea where to get this from, checking online sources for this seem very expensive and also terrible feedback from people. Some don't seem genuine and I don't like throwing my money away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
