Where to buy a Kilt?

anyone know where i can order a kilt? i found one place on the net but they were too expensive. any place here in the states? i need one of the big and tall variety. any ideas?

look and see if you have a scottish "things" shop in your city or a school of highland dancing. if you do, ask them if anyone in your city makes kilts, or where they obtain them.

Unfortunately they do tend to be quite expensive...

However - www.utilikilts.com make kilts in various materials. If you want a standard tartan kilt, try ebay, or, buy the fabric and get one made. The pattern is quite particular, they are not just skirts in tartan...

I can look up some scottish mail order websites for you...

p0ink, i am scottish, well it's mixed in with the british, irish, native american, viking and potuguese. i think i have more of the irish/scottish/native american mix but do show the viking traits as well. i have a cousin in england, she's quite famous but i'm too far down the line for it to be of any good. i don't know which tribe though. i'd like to find out.
