Hey all

i just signed up - officialy starting May 1st but figured I might as well dive in now.

havent been to the gym in a few months so really starting from square one. Should i be reading specific stickies to get started?

I am psyched but dont' really know what this program is or how to get rollin'

thanks!
Steve

thanks for getting back -

They shouldn't be read in any specific order? I'd like to know what I should be doing starting today but it's not really laid out that way from what i can tell.

Do i get a workout program somewhere?

S

Get used to the high reps at first, I never did a high rep weight program before, and it kicked my freaking ass the first couple of weeks, plus only giving 30second rest between sets.

You will get winded like running, and also should start off with much lighter weight. You will be surprised how hard it is to lift 20reps worth of something if your just used to doing like 8-10reps only

I've read all the introductory docs and I am excited to get started.

Thing is, I have always been a skinny kid and i'd be lucky if my after picture looks like some of your before pictures. With that in mind, do I still approach the training the same way? I figure I should spend these 3 weeks i have before I start phase 1 officially by waking my muscles up - havent worked out in a few months.

Will just basic straightforward training be ok or is there a special way i should prep?

thanks :)
Steve

Sure you can do an extra 3 weeks but just go in to establish mind muscle connection then May 1st Start Driving HARD

so in other words pre condition your self

Diet and Supps will take care if the Mass

Hi there! :) I was on a break from the gym for a few months prior to starting the program too. I am really sore, but I think I will survive ;) I am feeling better already.

Hey Steve! I'm just getting started as well. I'm studying stickies on here today too. Great info that makes a lot of sense once you get rolling on the workouts!
