Where to apply Forma

Just wondering where everyone applys their forma on cycle and for PCT? Im getting puffy nipples on a beast cycle, should i apply straight onto my nipples? Ive been doing 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm.

Upper chest and shoulders, you can apply a little around puffiness, but you want it to absorb in area that has thin skin.

What else are you running bro? Just beast and forma? Beast doesn't aromatize, but if you got puffy nips you might wanna get your hands on some adex..

Ok thanks, yeah ive been putting half a pump on each nipple and the other four on upper back and shoulders. Ill start putting it on my upper chest.

Yeah just beast and forma, n the rest of all that stuff like hcgen and n2gaurd. I was thinking it might be a little bit of water weight? Theres no lumps or anything either.

How long have you been dosing the forma? Starts to kick in during week 2 for me.. Keep using the forma but watch out if they start to get itchy. These things happen since your hormones are thrown off man, you should be fine just keep an eye on it and have a stronger AI on hand in case.

I started halfway through week 2, and ive been using it for 4 days now. Yeah ill order an AI tomorrow coz im in aus and it will take a couple of weeks to get here... You think adex will cover it? N just wondering, did you run a beast cycle? Thanks for the advice aswell.

Yea I ran a beast cycle last year around this time. Gained 5 lbs of lean mass and dropped about 3% bf at the same time without a great diet. So imagine what it could do if your on point. If your on day 4 give it some time as it hasn't done it's work yet, but still order the AI as it is always good to have.
