Where should I go from here?

How does my routine sound?

I pyramid weight to heaviest weight and then do 2 sets @ heaviest weight for 5-6 reps. If I make 6 reps, I increase the weight next time.

I sometimes start out with snatches just to get my blood flowing.

----
Day 1
Bench, standing ezcurl, arnold press

Day 2
Squats, calf raises if I feel like it

Day 3
Incline bench, push press, pullover

Day 4
BB row, reverse grip pulldown, Hammer pulldown/row machine or wide grip pulldown.
----

I just added incline bench on day 3 because I wasn't seeing enough result in my chest.

I'm thinking of adding in DB rows on squat day.

I had to drop DL on day 4 because I had some pain and discomfort in my hip/low back area.

I'm making good strength gains. Best gains in squat and push press -- 405x5 185x5 respectively.

My joints hurt. Left elbow and left knee.

SHould I take a layoff, or lighten up. I really hate taking layoffs. I thin I'll do yoga and pilates and stuff for a while and then build up with lighter weights. This would hopefully allow my joints to heal up.

Any comments on my routine?

you should always do chest all in one day not so close together this doesn't give it a full recovery time and I would suggest chest and tris back and bis it works the best that way because in bench presses you work your tris so its best to do it the same day. and unless you are gonna throw in a lot of sets you should add i more exercise per body group. heres a good schedule i got down
sunday-chest/tris
monday-legs/calfs/shoulders
tuesday off
wednessday-back/lats/bis
then i do it all over
thursday-chest and tris
etc.
this way i dont give my muscles too much rest to from fat its hard work remembering but it works and also i take friday and saturday off usually and then do a big workout sunday where i will hit bis/legs/lats

I disagree. I'm not seeking total recovery between workouts. That's why I wanted to add db rows on squats day.

Any other ideas here?

If I could swap out one exercise, it'd be arnold presses.

If I could do a back exercise on squats day, but what?
