I wish they would have explained Dharma, the only characters I was emotionally attached to were Ben, Locke and Jack but somehow I was attached to all of them in the finale, it was all about the characters and not the island mystery, which was a little dissapointing, but I'm okay w/ it. I dont have to know all the answers. I liked the finale.

No, they werent. During this last season, we started watching what we believed was an alternate time-line. That alternate time line represented the characters in a sort of purgatory, after they had died (at various times) either on the island or after they escaped.

What did you want explained about Dharma? They pretty much covered that in the previous 3 seasons. Dharma was an organization that was basically there to study and exploit the capabilities of the island. The others (led by Richard Alpert as Jacob's right hand man) killed all the Dharma members in an attempt to protect the island, which was their job.
