Just curious to see if anyone else has a site on their martial arts/mma gym/academy. Heres where I attend...its a really good place ! Anyone living in Ohio, I recommend you to check it out.

I train under Grandmaster Joon Jae Lee at this school.

Eventually plan on moving on into Muay Thai here.

Untill recently due to scheduling conflicts and lack of money I trained at www.cocoonathletics.com , Starting Friday I will be going to Universal Martial arts at www.universalmma.com. I am very, very fortunate to have this school in my area seeing as the instructors are more than certified to teach. I am also planning on doing drop ins on Sundays at Marcus Soares (7th Deg, BB) academy. A few guys from UMA made it to PRIDE and UFC (Denis Kang, Bill Mahood) and they got a few guys going into Pancrase as well. Can't wait

If anyone is in Vancouver and want to train MMA, I recommend both those schools as well as

mon-sat...I do the same bro...

sun.- I travel to mentor to griffonrawl which is like 2hours away from I live. So yeh, the training is definately worth it. I love training in muay thai ! The classes are awesome..were a team but also a family. Everyone there is not only to better their game but to help others excell in theirs. Good Place!
