but on a more serious note, when you begin poking yourself at least 5 times a week, you need to find other spots within the site itself, like different parts of the glute
all over each glute (min and max), alternating sides with each shot (i always use Prop so i'm EOD or E3D) unless i get a lump or knot in which case i'll go the same side a couple of times in a row.
