protein - chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, peanut butter, shakes

calories - charburgers, beer, cheez its with beer
 
if you want a list of good choices for pro/carbs/fat here you go:
protein: steak, fish, chicken, eggs, tuna, protein shakes and bars, turkey

carbs: oatmeal, brown rice, pasta, fruits, vegetables, sweet potatoes, yogurt when bulking i eat, cereals i eat when bulking cuz i like it soooooo much haha

fats: peanut butter, flaxseed oil, fish, olive oil

Oh :p in that case.

Calories= Food, I dont really have anything specific i just try and stay away from the bad shit .ie fast foods, but i like big sandwiches :)
Protein= Shakes/Milk/Meats/peanut butter/
 
Protein: whey isolate powder (isopure), egg whites / egg beaters, Kraft Fat-Free shredded cheddar cheese, tuna (low sodium), tofu (in smoothies, or in salads), tofu hotdogs

Medium GI complex carbs: oatmeal, oatbran, beans (chili, soup, plain, sometimes w/tuna), oatmeal pancakes, brown rice

Fat: Flax seed oil, peanut butter, olive oil for cooking, egg yolks

Convenience: Subway, BK Broilers are damn tasty, An entire order of stir-fried squid with veggies always hits the spot from a local restaurant

Fast carb calories that taste good: frozen french toast

no-carb: tuna mayo, egg-yolk, flax in a protein shake
