I didn't have the desired to be thin or a low BF for the last year. Hence, I focused on just getting strong and with some of the feedback / tips / help I got over the past year; I got a little stronger.
Now, I have specific goals that I want to reach. Specifically, I want to be stronger in the big three.
I figure after some surgery that I plan to have later this year, I plan to diet down so I can start going to prep for the midlife crisis.

I haven't found the motivation yet to diet down (married with two kids), so I'm not sure if I'll stick to it or just try to get stronger and diet when I have more time with the SO.
