5'9" and 280lbs and only 23%BF. I'd say that you don't need any steroids. Believe it or not 23%BF is not alot. I mean dam, the military allows up to 20%BF and if you are over 30 they allow 24%. So that means that you must have alot of good muscle, unless your BF is really higher. I have no idea why in the hell you would want more mass? I mean shit, pretty soon you'll be too dam big to sit in a fucking chair at the movies.
MaxBi's, the mutha f'er is 280lbs and only 5'9", so far his whole life has been a bulking cycle. It's time for him to shed that excess fat and try to cut up some. Also, whether to bulk or cut first is 100% totally dependent on your genetics. If you are a fat fuck then bulking first would be stupid. The excess fat you have will cause more water retention and an increased chance of gyno. Bulking before cutting is one of those things where most think that most people who use juice are little skinny fucks who need to put on mass and lots of it. Then they cut up.
My advice for anyone over 18% BF is to go on a cardio cycle using test/winny and primo with clen and T3 or dnp. Then bulk some and then cut again. It's a never ending cycle. If you are skinny then bulk first and then bulk again then cut up. Peace.
