Where did that blood come from???

I pulled into the dry cleaner's parking lot to pick up a jacket and happened to look down at my left hand, and two of my fingers were covered with blood.

I cut my finger last night at work and had it bandaged up, but after I took a shower I didn't bother with another bandage. I guess I banged it on something that opened it back up. I was wiping the blood off with a towel that I had in my car as the girl brought my jacket to the car. She gave me the strangest look.
