Where can you buy flax seeds and flax seed oil?

I've been looking everywhere for this stuff and can not find it unless I am looking in the wrong place.

Like the man said, shop where America loves to hate to shop-Wal-Mart. If you are anti Wal-Mart, go to Walgreens.com and search under flax seed. You'll be set up in no time. All the natural and health food stores will carry it as well. I am sure GNC will have it but they will ass-rape you on the price so hit your local drug store first. Good luck!

I just bought the softgel (capsule) version of flax oil. Should I keep in refrigerated or does that only apply to the oil version?
