Go to your doctor. He works for you. Tell him you want a chem 30 with a lipid profile and a thyroid panel. Testosterone also but for health the first three will cover pretty much everything. They are always shocked when i do this. I have even went to the lab ordered my own tests which go to my doc and confuses him! He calls and I say oh I just told them what I wanted and they asked who my doc was. He is interested in me as a case study in a way I think. I also educate him!
