where can I get workout routines?

I want a set schedule for the gym and need help with actual work-out routines so I can print them up and bring it to the gym. I want to focus on abs, bi's/tri's/shoulders, back, and butt. Can anyone here guide me to get this info? Anything would be soooooo appreciated. Already got my diet down and supplements down... now I want to see some "toning" results.

That's what I was asking for.... "how to get the info". I did do a search... and I can't find much. I was asking if someone can guide me to get that info. any websites...etc. I wasn't about to ask anyone in here for them to actually type up a routine schedule. just needed to be guided. I'm not that selfish.

130 lbs
haven't gotten BF checked
want to be 120 and ripped
1st year of training
diet: low carb...high protein
working on getting rid of "stubborn fat" (taking glucorell-R and yohimburn) but fairly "in shape"....

i'm just a beginner and was told about this forum from my BF. Cuz i wanted to get in shape and look the best possible way I can look.

what is your current training like?
 
gym: 5 days a week:

Mon: 45 min cardio/ bi's/tri's
Tues: 45 min cardio/ shoulders/back
Wed: 30 min cardio/ pillates
Thurs: 45 min cardio/ abs/ butt
Fri: 45 min cardio/ legs/back/ tri's

machines... have no clue as to what I should be using....but I do the best I can as to what I know.
