Well, you can still find 25mg of ephedrine in bronkaid tablets at any drugstore. So then just mix in a vivarin for your 200mg caffeine and get a low dose aspirin for your 81mgs. That's the real thing....and "pharma grade" ephedrine.

Or, I can only ever find the 8mg ones, so just eat 3 of them with the CA, same thing.

Do a search for SEN Metabolic Fuel....Great stuff. Ephedra, Caf, Asp, Yohim.

A bottle at full dose lasts 20 days.

Walmart has the cheapest 200mg. caffeine tablets of any store that I ever tried--
Jet Alert 90 ct bottles for less than $3.00 or so.

Buying the 60 ct. boxes of Bronkaid are cheaper per unit dose than th 24 ct. keep that in mind too.

Baby aspirin anywhere, choose a generic house brand.

200mgs is a standard dose of vivarin and I am 99% positive that ripped fuel, hydroxycut, etc used 200mgs of caffeine in it.

I always took those three times per day every 5 hours.
