Where can i find some slightly flashy/sexy/funky dressy sort of pants?

I'm in dire need of some dressy sort of pants. Not jeans..I mean pants. I'm kinda tired of jeans, they're not my style much anymore. I like stylish snazzy yet conservative sort of pants, and it's hard to find. I have two pair, made by a line called Epidemic, the othe by Vincente Nesi. Sadly the Epidemic brand is from whem I was wearing size 38 waist, so they do not fit at all anymore. I'm thinking I may try and make my own designs. How would I go about doing that and setting up a company to make them for me? I'm sure I can make some kick ass pants.

I've found that Bannana Republic often has sales on very nice pairs of trousers.

Eddie Bauer also has great deals on occassion.

Express for Men has come along way. It depends on what you mean by flashy though.

A lot of the fashion brands are cut really tight in the thigh/calf area, so if you have some muscle on your legs, they will look goofy. Examples of this is DKNY and Hugo Boss.

Banana Republic has some nice pants. Other good ones are Kenneth Cole and Benneton. Saks is a good place to window shop only; they have huge markups.

You don't say what city you're in, but generally, every big city has the "good stores" areas or well known outlets. Wash. DC has Georgetown/Tysons, NYC, 5th Ave and Woodbury Commons; Miami, Bel Harbour/Lincoln Rd/So Miami; London, Knightsbridge/Bond/Sloane Streets; Paris, rue des Francs-Bourgeois/Saint-Placide etc. Just take your time and try stuff on. It may look good on the rack, but aweful when you put it on.
