where can I buy Psyllium Husk

I bought some at Sunrise nutrition in Winnipeg. (Sunrise is a health-store chain around here). I just bought a bag of it (5lbs?) for around $5-$7.
Go to a store that cators to the elderly and organic-eating people. They'll usually have bags of stuff like that and more.

I get mine from vitamin world. Don't know if they have those in canada.
