Dont worry too much about all that timing crap. Important thing is to just hit the nolva and hcg at the end of your cycle for 3 weeks and then continue for 3 weeks with just nolvadex. You can start this a week before your last injection, a day after last injection of 2 weeks after. Important thing is to just do it. Dont get all caught up and try to complicate things. Just do it.lol

You could run it at a low dose of like .25mg ed during pct with the nolva and hcg but id save it for the cycle if you need to get rid of some bloat.

Bro go to ag-guyz like someone else said. And go to the post cycle therapy board to learn more about what to do. It is down about 3/4 of the way, in the Platinum member section. But you don't have to be a Plat to view the board.
