Got a few things lined up...all involve islands surrounded by clear blue water.

I'm thinking about going to either NYC or Chicago in early September, right after the long weekend.
Also a 50/50 chance I'll be going to Seoul in the latter half of July.
Almost definitely doing Free Spirit Gathering in Darlington, Maryland this June, our tradition is going to be doing the rituals so it should be nice.
We're planning on taking three other weeks, haven't really decided but Chincoteague, VA, Arcadia National Forest, Maine, Virginia Beach, VA, Shanandoah Valley, VA, Outer Banks, NC and NY Catskills are all on the table.
Im from Nc and have been to the Outer Banks, Nagshead and Morehead city are very nice. You should also go to Wilmington while your on the Outer Banks. You should also try and go to Kill Devil Hills on the Outer Banks as well. They hang glide off of the huge dunes there and its amazing to watch.
lol, I live in wilm and the outer banks are hours from here. Morehead/atlantic beach, the southernmost island in the outer banks is the closest and it's still 2+ hous northeast....any of the rest add at least 2 more travel hours, so I'm not sure how realistic it is to advise someone to tack it onto an outer banks trip.....but I love this area, love love love living here and I think it stands on it's own as a vacation spot.
When I lived in Raleigh, my x-wife and I , would go to Wilmington every chance we received. It most certainly does. When I lived in Raleigh, my x-wife and I , would go to Wilmington every chance we received.
Out of staters go to the outer banks.....in staters go to wrightsville beach/wilmington lol. Equally beautiful beaches, clearer water, more to do.

Seoul , sounds really nice. Business or pleasure?
My husband and I are very, very familiar with the OBX. Actually we were kicking around spending the entire time on Ocracoke. We usually end up staying in this resort campground in Waves but the problem is it's all concrete pads with no way to nail down our canopies. I've read about a couple of private campgrounds on Orcracoke and have only driven around on that island a little, I'd like to spend some real time.lol, I live in wilm and the outer banks are hours from here. Pleasure...have a friend working there for the next 9 months. Thinking about heading there with another buddy of ours and having a good time. Start in Seoul, then take a trip to the coast (Busan).

I'm visiting Arabian this summer for a couple days, he just don't know it yet.
I've already invited you to come down to Kiawah! Just let me know! You are welcome at my home anytime my friend!
Awesome I am certainly gonna come up to see you before summers end, we will hook up a date after baseball season is over.

It's one or the other, and this year we're leaning toward Maine. We really wouldn't be able to go before the end of September and we're leery as hell of hurricanes (been there, done that, the trailer weathered it fine but it killed a canopy).
Sounds great ! We will have a blast! Will take the boat out! Let the wives go shopping while you and I surf fish or hang out'
