Yellow journalism is a pejorative reference to journalism that features sex scandals, scandal-mongering, sensationalism, or other unethical or unprofessional practices by news media organizations or journalists. It has been loosely defined as "not quite libel".

So, who tells you what to believe?

Various sources but I know that most media sources slant and twist the news to suit their own agenda so if something interests you read from several sources and come to the best conclusion possible (even then it might not be reality).

Wall Street Journal subscription
Fox News
The Economist subscription
CNN

in that order

^^ Very true....I think no matter what news source you get, it'll be spun in one way or another to some degree.........

As for myself, I get ALL my news from my buddy Bill O'Reily..............lol just kidding

WSJ, BBC, Telegraph usually.

I like the Drudge Report just because it has links to obsure local stories I wouldnt have seen otherwise.

The pregnant dude is a good example.

I like being able to customize Google News. I added their default "Brazil" section just to force myself to read something in another language. Amazing how something that seems reasonable from one point of view takes on a different look through someone else's eyes.

Mrs. Digger has a NY Times subscription but jeez, that fishwrapper doesn't even have any funnies.

They're on the front page.

I get my news from the little TV in the elevator and from the front page of news stands. I'm trying to stay disconnected from the recent events.

+ + + (- CNN)

I look at a few other places too.

The sorry thing is, many people don't look at different news sources.
