just got done with 6 traumeel injections using a slin pin. 1CC each. 3 in my right forearm, 2 in my left, and 1 near my right elbow. SPOT injections.

it helped. but I still plan on easing off those movements that create the issue and work on strenghtening the forearms and wrists.

dont let this issue get out of control!!
