Where are the welders at?

JB Weld bor. Or just soder it. Try some glue. Maybe duct tape. What about epoxy?

Don't start your car on fire.

I'd do some practice welds on some scrap material first, you don't want to burn through your brackets. As an enexperienced welder the best thing you can do is practice and always set your heat lower than you first think you'll need so you can work up to a good bonding temp with decent flow.

Right now its fairly nice out 40-50's last week it was below zero all week. If you're there towards the end of March/beggining of April there'll probably be snow of the wet heavy variety mixed with rain. Still there will be some awesome 60 degree days with sunshine mixed in.

Colorado always seems to have some tempermental weather, just as long as the sun's-a-shinin' I'll be happy. Do you rock climb? I'm thinking about giving it a try.

Yeah everyone always says that if you don't like the weather just wait 15 min, nowhere is this more true than along the front range.

I gave up rock climbing a long time ago, I was free climbing and got onto a rotten granite face, started pulling chunks of the wall loose looking for hand holds, promised myself right then that if I made it out alive I'd never go again. Plus there aren't too many 300+lb rock climbers out there too much work.LOL

Damnit bro, you're not supposed to tell me a horror story, lol. It scares me shitless to even stand at the base of a rock face and look up at them, I guess that's why I want to challenge myself to try......maybe not :worried:
I had to post a separate thread about it to get some more feedback :verygood:
