Where are my GAINS

I have been taking qualityvet EQ,TEST 200 Depot

My cycle stared 4 weeks ago
I have been doing 400mg of eq a week and 200 of test. I am going onto my 5th week and i have no gains i have lost 4 pounds. Is this odd or what. What the hell is going on here..SOme one please let me know...............
 
Yea, what's your diet like? Also give a brief discription of your training.

Keep in mind, steroids are only maybe 25% of the puzzle.
 
dude gear is not a magic bullet. if it were that easy, everyone would be huge. it takes hard work. diet is about 80% of
your results. if you eat like shit you will look like shit no matter what juice you take.
 
Just like I always say, steroids aren't magic. You still have to watch you diet, sleep right, lift right, etc. I doubt you got 2 fake products, but it's possible. If you have lost weight I'd say that you definitely aren't taking in enough calories and/or protein.

If you've lost four pounds you're in a caloric deficit. This is no environment conducive to anabolism. I don't mean to be rude, but that is elementary. To gain mass requires more calories than are used per day. Should your calories be too low then you simply will not grow and should your calories be in a negative ballance as it is in your case you will loose weight. Nutrients must be readily availible to the body tissues at all times. This means frequent feedeings of nutrinet dense foods. Eat too little and you don't grow. Eat too seldomly and you go catabolic. You don't just take AS and grow. AS enhance your body's ability to use nutrients to grow. No nutrients, no grow.
 
My diet is pretty good. I am taking in about 2400 cal a day. very high in protein. Low in carbs. I am eating six meals a day. All the good stuff. I eat about 6 egg whites in the morning with some rye toast. I have some cottege cheese and a proten shake for a snake. Then i have chicken and a vegtable and a sweet patato for lunch. Then another snake i will have a protein bar and 4 hard boiled eggs. then at dinner i will have more chickn vegs and a sweet patato. then for my final snake i have a protein shake.

My workout routine is looking good. I am at he gym five days a week working my ass off. i am constantly working out with people who are using nad know what there doing they do not under stand why i have not gained anything either.........
 
2400 cals a day sounds pretty low bro. You will definately need to up that. Make sure that you are getting enough clean real proteins and food too. I would lose the shakes and replace them with solid food. Unless your trying to cut, no need for so many shakes, you need real food.

Did I mention about real food?
 
How much do you weigh? That's under maintanance for most here. I think you need to up it at least another 1000 calories. Add some red meat in there. My snacks are almost the size of my meals. You also hardly have any carbs in there. If you add brown rice, more sweet potatoes, and red meat, I think you'll be up to where you should be.
 
Ya bro, not to be a dick but 2400 cals and working out five days a week working your ass off and lifting with others who are ON=not enough food....if your gonna work out often and hard regardless of what gear your on you need to up the cals

Start with this:
Breakfast 1 cup oats (precooked)
12 egg whites
flax

Do 5 more meals with alot of protein and good carbs. Toss in some shakes and you will grow big time.

I start every day like that. My trick is with the egg whites I put them in a blender and use 2 heaping tablespoons of aunt jemima pancake mix and blend them. I make very thin crepe style pancakes. Add some natural pb and all fruit jelly and you are good to go. 1 doz eggs makes about 6 thin 9" crepes.
 
Yeah they're tasty. I forgot to say that I spread a thin strip of pb&j down the center and roll them up and eat them like that.
