yes they should have a yes or no vote on each person that they want for new mod..also should give new mod a 4 day trial just to test them out to see if they will be good or not......

they should pick like 20 people and then let plat members pick out of the 20..like say they need 4 people...the 4 with the highest votes...then trial them for a week and do another re vote just to make sure plat members are still satisfied
