the old school way of doing things (at least 15 or so years ago) was to wait double your time on cycle before starting another one. prolonged injectable cycles are hard on your endocrine system, the pct is more important than the actual cycle itself. we used to (well I and a few others who actualy had the discipline) wait 24 weeks until cycling again if we ran a 12 week cycle, 8 weeks for a 4 week oral cycle, etc. looking back, is this the best thing to do, probablly not, i would suggest getting some blood work done and saving your money to purchase the approperiate pct drugs. back in the day most of us would run short, lightly dosed cycles because it seemed that we could hold onto our gains a little better, gain little by little, not try to gain 50lbs per cycle. for whatever reason this seemed to work, and now looking back with todays research and knowledge if we did small short cycles we wouldnt have as much hpta supression, making recovery a little easier for our bodies. I sugest never doing more than 2 long (10+ week) injectable cycles per year. there used to be guys who would shoot every day for months on end. if its a small oral only cycle, like a halo or var cycle for some conditioning or strength boost then you will not need to take quite as much time off as long as the cycle is short (4 weeks) and you can do a 3 or 4 of these per year. hope this helps!
