WHen your angry and frustrated...what do u do??

example.. right now,.. me... i finally have a good job.. that i not only enjoy, but pays well... but i have too much personal stress.
so im going to roll another joint... and chill here in my basement alone high with my music blasting.. :worried:
starting my new session in the gym tomorrow so i should be getting better soon

im fucked up i know but so are all of you too! :doublefi:
 
Well before the lebotomy I used to...just kidding...I let it out. I never keep my mouth shut anymore. I tell it like it is...if you don't like it to fuckin bad...then you shouldn't have pissed me off in the forst place...or I lift!!! ;)
 
Then I run across all the black/chinese ghetto areas at 2 am in the morning and yell at people who try to sell crack to me. Then I come home and pass out.

Work stress? DRINK ! Or vedge in front of stupid TV shows and the PC.

Now if I am doing a project at home, on the car? Watch out. Tools and parts may fly. I tried playing golf, but the clubs go further than the balls so I gave that up, too stressful.
 
I try to change my focus from what's upsetting me to what I have going for me. In general the things that are frustrating etc are just temporary problems. It helps to be conscious of that and plan how to work through it while staying happy. :)
 
Honestly, when I am angry, frustrated or upset I clean house. I have done this for years and it seems to help me. I don't talk to anyone. I just stay as busy as I can and as quiet as I can until I feel better.

how strange, i used to do that - the cleaner my house was, the less happy i was...which was bullshit, since when youre upset, obviously you dont invite anyone over, but when youre happy, and your house looks like a brothel, you do. hm lol

When I was married I had the cleanest house ever. You could eat off my floors. Which meant that I was always angry, frustrated or upset. hahaha
 
I hate having a messy house. I can't relax if the house isn't spotless. I love getting up on Saturday mornings to scrub everything down. It's relaxing to me to do and it makes the whole weekend so much better.
 
I usually hit the gym for a good leg workout. I used to pull out my sled and drag it up and down the street, or my bag and throw on some gloves and go a few rounds.

I usually run, lift or box...something physical so I don`t get into a senseless rage or do something stupid...Kinda depends on how mad I am though.
 
Oh - also used to throw things in a rage, scream & stomp off.... trying to get better and not do that....

Sex is also a good stress reliever...

I clean.

And when possible I try and express what it is exactly is pissing me off either to the person responsible or I sit and try and figure out how to move beyond or alter the situation.

I'm happy to say I should probably just hire a cleaning person.
 
Cleaning elevates stress. When it's done is when things start to calm down. :)
