When you wash your face do you need special soap

Can you use regular antibacterial/deodorant soap like irish spring/zest/etc when washing your face or do you need a special soap because these soaps can take away your facial oils?

I use plain water - if I should have make up on and need to get it off I'll use cetaphil or cold cream.

soap - it's the one thing you can have rubbing your crotch one minute, up against your face the next, and you're perfectly content with that.

Nah i dont use soap, but my skin is rather sensitive. I use Neotrogena products for washing and moisturizing and exfoliating etc.
