Depends on how stupid or whatever it was. Typically I can let things go pretty easily, but there are a few ghosts hanging around in my head. I think the hardest things to let go of are the ones that you weren't really in control of or that were done as a reaction rather then a well thought out action.

I agree 100% with shadow. All anyone can do is to make the best decision at the time with the information they have then. Worrying about things past won't help it, provided there's nothing you can do to set it right.
