When You Finish An Eca Cycle......

Does your metabolism drastically drop?
I've justed finished 8 weeks of Clen/ECA and won't be taking any thermos for a good 4 weeks.
Will I need to curb my eating more due to a drop in body temp/ metabolism?
ie: Will I be more likely to put on Body fat?
 
You may experience a bit of a rebound effect mostly due to slowed thyroid production. Tyrosine may help stimulate natural thyroid production as well as coleus forskolii (forskolin). I read on this board that clen causes inhbition of your body's conversion of T4 to T3 and that this can be ameliorated by supplementing with 3-5g of Taurine per day during your clen cycles. Hope you were doing that...
 
i heard that Tyrosine was used with ECA to enhance its effect not to recover from it

am i wrong on that

Hell no, I was not! Never heard of that and I researched the fuck out of Clen before hand too!
I'll give it a try next time. Cheers.

I did not want to give you any incorrect information so I will post a direct quote from a good friend, as it was explained to me:

"Tyrosine may help:
1) Restore NE levels: therefore extending the process of thermongenesis and possibly restoring the effects of ECA after the point of down-regulation (I find this helpful)
2) Restore Adrenaline and Dopamine levels: also, with the effect of balancing your sytem and ensuring a more steady stockpile of these hormones
3)Tyrosine bonds with iodine: which forms di-iodo-l-tyrosine, and iodo-l-tyrosine, which are then incorporated into the structures of T-2 (di-iodo-thronine), T-3 (tri-iodo-thronine), and T-4 (throxine)


Both kelp (idodine), and Tyrsoine, are helpful to take periodically, to ensure that you are putting your sytem back in balance, and with this, you may extend the process of thermogenesis and the manner and length in which you may take an ECA stack. From personal experience, I have found that an occasional blitz of tyrosine and kelp to be helpful in restoring some of the effects of ECA after a period of tolerance. - dantebattista"

I did a search and I forgot that this info was posted by BigAndy69:

"Clenbuterol depletes Taurine levels in the live which can slow down the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver. This is what is causing you to rebound (plus eating like shit). Next time use Taurine at 3-5g a day while on Clen and a few days after your cycle. L-tyrosine is not necessary but it's a nice addition at the end of your cycles"

How much L-Tyrosine though? I'm taking 1500-2000mg a day pre- workout.
At this amount I get a slight buzz and little "heady" which I was not expecting!
Am I taking too much?

Can't say for sure, but no more than a few grams. Based on your "reaction" to it, I don't think it's necessary to go any higher. If it really gets to you, you could split up the dose.
