Umm, on a side not ... custody ... she gave it up, are you sure that's IRONCLAD? It's one thing when the kid is taken away from the mother but ... when they give it up. Bite, just telling you, courts don't like to take kids from moms, especially when you're talking opposite gender parent/child.

That's not true anymore. When men fight for custody they win just over 50% of the time. My daughter is 14 and can choose where she wants to live, so as long as that's with me, the bitch is toast.
