Well... I tried all kinds of over the counter stuff and NONE worked.


Valium didnt work either..

I am now taking 15-20 MG of Ambien and it knocks me the fuck out... GREAT sleep.

Versed is UNBELIEVABLE too, but I was on that for almost a year... IF that doesnt make you sleep.... NOTHING WILL.

I Would go to the doc and ask for ambien, sonata is another choice.

NOTHING WORKS LIKE VERSED.

How much ambien did you take? 20 mg is pretty good.
