I have started a full body work out 3 time a week. 4 week in. Not much result. This week I started Vitalabs Super Sterol Complex x6 tabs a day,agood multivitamin,chromium picolinate, Wilder creatine,zma, and a very low carb diet. I have 38 percent body fat thats way I have gone one a diet. The doc. also statred me on 1cc Testosterone Cyponate frist shot this week. I eat about 2500 cals a day no sugar no caffine, mostly meat. when will a start to see a change? Any Ideas?
