I have no idea where I said I hurt myself squatting. I simply do not max out on the squat because for me I feel that 3x5, or 5-3-1 progression is safer rather than potentially overloading the bar and tearing something or slipping another disc.
My injuries are from outside weight lifting and I have not hurt myself training. Thanks for the input. If anyone has anything to say about the LGD/GW cycle, I am all ears( eyes).

You can get the HCGenerate, Unleashed, and D-AA at NTBM, but I'm sure you know that. They say the key to keep shutdown limited with sarms is to run something like HCGenerate while on, and then in PCT to help recovery.
