I'm midway through week 2 of the exact same cycle and my hunger is through the roof. The key is to watch what you eat not necessarily how much. Eq has always had that effect on me though, or it could be placebo. Who knows?
Mine kicked in on the 2nd week. I'm in my 5th now and shit this morning I ate a 4 egg and turkey omeltte, a turkey sandwhich on wheat, a banana, a yogurt and a glass of milk for breakfast to follow by a turkey and broccili pocket a half an hour later. Now someone tell me Eq don't make you hungry.
