When training at home with no gym and limited exercises, should my workout...

While trainin at home with a limited amount of exercises is it a godd idae too>>>

Well I've been starting to workout at home but with the limited amount of exercises per body group I was thinking of doing every other day full body workout and on the days between do sprints or jog.I use to workout this way in highschool with the football team but now it seems like the way to go because I mean on chest days alone all I can really do is pushups and bench and on arm day curls,So do you think it would be a good idea just to do the full body once every other day..

Sure, go for it. If you're training for growth, HST is a great plan that incorporates frequent full body work. Check the "training methods" thread at the top.

If you have a barbell and a rack, the number of exercises you can do isn't all that limited. Its all I use - check my training journal down below for exercises and the like.
