when to use anti Es

i had posted this following question on another forum with no responses. hopefully someone here can help me out...


Alright... I have been tryin to figure out the best way to do this correctly, and maybe someone can give me some advice to clear up any questions and confusion.

lets say im takin a 8-10 week test+Deca cycle (~500 test e and ~ 400 deca/week)

when during the cycle should i start takin proviron or Nolvadex? or do i even really need proviron during a cycle?

As a preventative measure,I always start out taking proviron towards the beginning of the cycle and end taking nolva towards the end. (~25 prov/day and 10-20mg nolva/day) and of course i do my pct.

And i know this should be in the pct board, but when do yall reccomend starting to take HCG? during the last week if the cycle, or during the weeks in between the last injection and the start of Clomid? or would Swales advice to take 500ius twice per week all throughout the cycle be sufficient?

I am asking all of this because i have friends who ask me for advice and i need to give them the best i can give. i can only tell them from what i know from all my research, but different people/places tend to have different ideas on when and what to do, especially when trying to sell a product.

im no expert but i know that with me i can take 750 mg test and 400 mg/deca per week for 15 weeks and not have one side effect, shit i could probably up the test to a gram or more and have no problems, and even 50 mg/day of dbol doesnt do shit to me, but i know a guy who cant touch even 200 mg of test without getting gyno quickly. ive never used hcg or clomid and not even nolv til after a cycle, but it would always be good to keep shit around to be safe. IMO, i wouldnt have all those anti es unless i was doing some big crazy stack or something and the one you're talkin about isnt too major. id suggest starting the cycle and if signs of bad acne or gyno or anything else start happening than get on the anti-e's immediately (nolv alone should be good enough, 20 mg/day). dont know much about the others because ive never used them, but im sure using hcg and clomid post-cycle wouldnt hurt but isnt always especially necessary either.

save the nolva for pct unless you start to feel gyno symptoms, or you want to control some bloating...
i do not recommend hcg thruout the cycle, as you can desensitize your leydig cells...
just do the hcg for the few weeks after last poke before beginning your nolvadex pct.
if you have no libido issues or anything with the proviron, keep doing what u are doing.
