when to throw in the winny

Hi all

Ok stats first :

Age 35
Weight 230 lbs odd
Bf 14-15%
Height 5 11
Cycle history - too many to mention.

So been on my winter bulker for awhile now of sust deca, and happy so far.

Now i have 5 weeks left of deca, i was going to start the winnystraight after the deca and diet down a bit before going back onto my cruise dosetest only.

Now i am in two minds whether to add the winny now, adjust diet a bit and add cardio, in the hopes of putting on a bit more solid muscle whilst losing some bodyfat. Or whether to stick to original plan ride out the deca, see how much more weight i can add, then do a dedicated diet down for the winny portion.

Just concerned the winny and deca contridicate themselves, as well as trying to do two things at once but doing niether very well.(muscle gain / fatloss)

Suppose just excited to mix things up a bit now, but do feel i want another 6-8 lbs size out the cycle,and try get down 3-4 % so i am into cruise mode çloser to where i want to be when i finally hop on the masteron tren prop cutter later in the year

it would be very contradictory to run them together... just wait until your deca portion is complete and then start the winnie...

i am going to be running the same cycle you have planned later this year as well... prop, mast and tren... i love the combo! just make sure you get your body fat under 10% or mast will be of no use to you... i have a feeling you already know that because you made mention of getting your body fat down but just in case you didn't know, get that shit down! =) good luck to you bro...

Yes will def cut down as much as I can on winny then continue on cruise , cruise dose should be sufficient to maintain size on moderate cut nothing to extreme cardio or diet wise an. Should be close on 10 percent on start of cutter if not will hold back masteron a few weeks till I am

very smart, otherwise you would be wasting time and money on mast... with the set up you have, if you keep your diet and training on point, there's no reason why you can't get under 10 bro...

winny and deca are very synergistic...deca and any dht will be for that matter, especially these two since deca will keep the winny from drying out your joints too much and the winny will keep the deca from making you look like the michelin man lol. If you want my opninion run the winny the last six weeks 50-75mg ed and keep bulking while tapering down slowly on your calories and you should see a change in body composition while maximizing muscle gains

Actually winny and deca are like bread and butter son , research it and you will see why

what could be a conservative dose of winny for the progesterone and estrogen inhibiting properties? would 20-30 mg a day combat the negatives of a tren or deca cycle?

Caberfoline will do a better job when it comes to progesterone related gyno and low libido issues
