When to take Novaldex

Im doin a cycle of anadrol, cyp, and winny. Im only on the anadrol for 4 weeks and the test for 10. I have 20, 10mg nolvadex tabs. When do i use them?

I must say you don't have enough nolva bro... So don't use it against bloating - save it in case of gyno sights - use 2 tabs a day when you feel something wrong...

thanks guys. But how do you know when gyno is coming into effect on your body? Will I get it from 4 weeks of anadrol and 10 weeks of test.(400mgper week)

four weeks of anadrol can absolutly give you gyno. hopefully the winny will hold it off.

With the small amount of nolva that you have, I wouldn't take any unless I felt that it was needed. You may not need it.

Nolvadex will not help u with Anadrol related gyno. Nolvadex blocks estrogen from binding to estrogen receptor sites, anadrol may cause progesteron gyno.
I would be more worried about the test giving u gyno.

If u are really worried, switch from Anadrol to Dbol and take arimidex EOD at .5mg, then u don't have to worry about gyno.
