dbol should be taken at .5mgs every 4 hours. this means getting your ass up in the middle of the night to take your shit. it's important to keep you levels constant. it should only take about 3-5 days for resluts. i take them at the beging of a cycle to kick start the cycle and sometimes at the end of a long cycle when i start trying to solidify my gains. i know dbol isn't for solidifing but i'm testing a theroy of mine that seems to be working for me.

whether or not it is stacked with sust is not the point.
you can take 10mg dbol 1 hour before workout and 5mg 1 hour after (because training accelerates metabolisation and excretion of the active compound)
You can get great results this way too (unbelievable pumps and limited water because of the reduced dosage), there will always be 2 schools of thought concerning the adequate use of dbol.
i take 10mg 5 times per day. This is spread through the time i am awake at approx 4 hour intervals. Always make sure it is approx 1 hour before training for extra pump. This gives me best results
