Split the dose throughout the day but stop early enough so it you can get to bed at a normal time.

im 28 have a long cycle history right now on 500mg test a week and 500eq for the last 15 weeks got 10 more to go just got done today 6 weeks of d-bol 40mg a day want to add some clen soon but also my girl is about to start clen she is over weight and needs a good push to get her to not think the gym is a waist of time

... wtf dude you want to give her a push ? motivate her at the gym cook her healthy food why the fuck would you consider giving this to your gf as she clearly is in no competitin state AND doesnt even workout wtf ! do you realize just how dangerous this shit is ?

What do you mean overweight?

There is a women's section here, why not get her to post there and we can see what we can do about getting her diet in order and getting her motivated to exercise.
 
I didn't like it when I took it. Towards the end of the ramp up I couldn't sleep and was constantly sweating. On top of that I was constantly tired as a result of not sleeping so working out was fucked up too. I'd get winded half way through my workouts. That was indeed the most horrible week of my life. Fuck that, I wont fuck with it ever again and I wouldn't recomend it to anyone either. The T3 was cool but the Clem, fuck that. All those BS sides went away once I stopped taking Clem. I wanted to stop taking the Cynomel at that point too but I was told not to if I valued my thyroid function so I finished that Cynomel taper off.
If your girl don't wanna go to the gym then there aint a damn thing Clem or anything else is going to do for her. If she doesn't want to do it then just let her be or move on.
 
Clen is one of those drugs you have to take something else with, and that something else is T3 (clen suppresses thyroid function).

T3 is not specific as to what it will have the body metabolise, so it will burn fat and muscle.

Burn muscle, you lose the best metabolic engine and the tissue that gives great shape to the body.

So then people take an anabolic/gear with clen/T3 to prevent muscle loss.

Either way, just clen or clen and T3, when you come off, your thyroid gland is NOT going to be making T4 (it gets converted to T3 in the peripheral tissue, T3 feeds back to the thyroid gland to say 'don't make more'), so your metabolism will be slower, even with good diet and cardio and weight training.

Without diet, training, cardio in place, IMHO, it is a recipe for disaster as far as a nice physique/body goes.
