when to take benadryl on clen cycle

Quick question
Currently doing my liquid clen cycle (1st week), 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Just wondering when to take the bendaryl and what dosage/frequency, heard mixed things.

i usually start in week 3 taking 2 pills each night

If you're doing 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off then Benadryl/Ketotifen is not necessary. The cycle itself is the alternative to straight Clen cycling with every 3rd week on Ben.

Exactly. I suggest, 2 on / 2 off instead of using benadryl.
