I know this sounds kinda dumb, but would it be beneficial to start a cycle a week before your workout regiment starts...Just to let the AAS to get saturated in the blood

Sus 250 mg Mon and Thur wk1-12
Deka D 400 mg/wk1-10

hahaha of course, but what if you are on an off-season starting December 1st where you wont be lifting 4 days a week....then the off season workouts start 1st week of January...know what i mean?? Are you saying that one should wait a while then start the cycle a month into the work-outs?

Even if your on off-season or on season (thats mainly for your diet though) it wouldn't matter. Steroids don't start working until you take them. So taking them a week before your real workout regiment starts means that it will kick in earlier than starting before that.

What is your new training routine like?

How long have you been training for, and the BIG question, how old are you?

Have you done steroids before?

GUYS, the flaming is funny, but this lad does sound like he needs to get a few things sorted............................................before he starts this cycle if he does.

Don't get me started on shoes though, no reason there :)

edit: though for someone who has been training consistently it might be a decent idea to take a week or two off before starting your cycle if you havent in a while. Ice the ol joints, rest the body a bit.

Alright
Mondays and Thursdays
I do alot of Squats...1st 2 weeks maybe 3-4 sets of 10-15
Power Clean 4 sets of 5
RDL 3 sets of 10
Side lunge 2 sets of 10 (light weight)
Ham Curls 3 sets of 12
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 12
100 reps of abs

Tuesdays and Fridays
Bench
Hang snatch
Bench Incline
Shoulder Combo
100 reps of abs

Thats a rough outline....if you want me to be more detailed...let me know

I have been training for 7 years....Hardcore for 4 years
I am 22
This would be my 4th cycle

Yes guys I do have a PCT
Clomid 2 weeks after last injection 50 mg a day for 2 weeks
HCG every other week 500i.u. after the 1st week
Then IGF 6mg ed after week 12 till week 16
Nolva on hand

LOL!! I have a buddy who doesn't work out for six months , then starts a cycle & waits 3 wks befor he even will walk into a gym.
