When to start next cycle

ok just ended my cycle of 600mg's test and 450mg's of deca... that was my 1sy cycle went from 205 on bench to 350... ok im starting my post cycle this week... how long should i wait after my 3 week PCT of clomid/nolva and what would be a good dosage on those 2... kind of limited

my next cycle is going to be 800mg's of test cyp and 500mg's of EQ... sound good?

when u say off... does that include PCT? like the 3 weeks plus another 3 weeks? im tryin to lean out a bit... already lost like 15 pounds of fat using hydroxycut (ephdra free) and glutamine... and runnin.... cant use clen because of my already existing thyroid problem.... well i have NO thyroid... and im already on a prescription like Clen... it's called synthroid AKA T3... i think

depending on the types of test you'r using, you dont want to begin you'r post until the test is out of you system. i include that (post) as time off, thats just me though. the test and eq is going to build mass, not cut.

If you're running test cyp, enanthate, or sustanon then start post cycle therapy 3 weeks after your last shot. The time off starts after post cycle is finished.
Also clen is not thyroid hormone it is a CNS stimulant. You're thinking of t3. Usually time on=time off. You need to allow your body to get used to the new weight, and get back your natural hormone production.
