When to Start Clen?

I'm about to start the following and was wondering when to start clen.

DBOL Weeks 1-4
Test E Weeks 1-10
Arimidex .5mg/day

Arimidex/Clomid for PCT [Maybe some HCG]

How much clen should I take and when is the best time?

i use clen by itself to help burn fat off cycle
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
2/2/4/4/5/5/6/6/5/5/4/4/2/2
represents .20 tabs eg. 2 tabs day1, 2 tabs day2, 3 tabs day3 etc
remember to do PCT
run clen during cycle or after
really up to u

Can I just start clen when I start PCT? Might give me some needed energy at that point?=)
