When to start arimidex?

Thanks for any help in advance. It is much appreciated. I am day 15 of a 600mg Test E cycle. I started feeling slightly sore nipples last night. Should I start the adex now and how much should I take? Also, when should I start the hcg? I have plenty of .25 adex tablets on hand. Thanks again.

.5mg eod until it goes away then stop the adex. after 3 doses of adex at .5mg if you are still fealing the problem up the dose to .75mg eod. take as little as possible to get the job done.

.25MG ED is fine till it subsides ive run .5mg ED at times...I would hold off on the HCG it will raise your estrogen and only create more problems at this point
