When to start a second cycle?

How long do you have to wait to start a second cycle?

I think ideally you would get your testosterone levels back to the same spot they were before you cycled which could take some time or no time at all. However, if you didn't get a blood test before your cycle then using the rule of thumb given above looks like a good approach as any...

Have a look at running SARMS and BRIDGE during your off time....i've read good things about it.

That is a good general formula but it is not absolute! If you are having issues from deca it could take awhile for your body to normalize. I would rather hear more about how you feel.

it should be more like do 1 or 2,
9 week cycles a year ( this applies to all but ifbb pros)

I think u can get three 8 week cycles in a year. Or two 12 weeks cycles. Fu** these long 16 and 20 week cycles.. ur askin for problems and an early HRT imo
