When to inject?

Ok I need some help

If you are taking 250 mg of sust
and 300 mg of deca
total per week

what days do you inject ?

Well you can inject deca once week, but inject sust like monday and thursdays.

You should up your dose of sus to 500 mgs a week. Shoot one cc on Monday and another cc on Thursday.

Yes go for 500mg week! But if you do ONLY 250mg just inject it once week, because you cant use amp twice.

Inject deca on monday and sust too, but if you do 500mg sust then inject the other amp on thursday

i'd like to get some more of your opinions on sust cycle. Ive read everywhere 500mg/week. Why not 250? Just looking for answers.

i agree with the 500mg per week. but you need to inject it every third day. it's important to keep your test levels constant. if you inject every mon and thurs then from thurs to mon will be 4 days.

going the every mon thurs route is easier to remember but going with the every third day is better for gains.

oh, why every third day? as you know sus is made up of several different tests. the fast acting test will be absorbed in 3 days.

in case youre wondering
i am a girl here, but this is not for me, its for a guy
who did one cycle many years ago (6 year maybe)
and is doing another one now, so its like a first cycle again.
he did his first injection on Thursd @ 250 mg of sust
and he is doing another 1cc of sust (250) and 1cc of deca (300 mg)
should he continue with 500 mg of sust or just 250?
