When to eat after workout

I'm confused at when to take ceratin supplements after weight training. Do I take iso -proteins,cel tech etc. right after , even if I am going to do 30min of cardio(I need it). Or should I wait till I'm done cardio to reload my body????..Any advice would be much appreciated.
 
Right after your workout. This is when your body when absorb the most nutrition. I personally recommend a combination of high carbs and protein. Here is a suggestion:

1/2 Gallon of Gatorade (to restore electrolytes and lost fluids)
1/2 lean ground beef (using a George Foreman Grill)
1 cup of oatmeal mixed with raisins.

Or you can try the "IRONHEAD" pudding that is mentioned on the diet discussion board. Good luck!
