When taking 200mg of propionate a week is 2 shots per week good or is 3 better? Im taking 50mg of anadrol for the first 4 weeks with it.

2x per week is nto a good idea IMO. I like to shoot Prop ED or at the most EOD.

Although I have never tried only 200mg/wk of anything.

lol - at that rate u might just gain a pound every 2 months. Do 100mg EVERY DAY - 700 a week

sorry I meant 400mg a week divided into 2 shots per week. If you do 700 a week how many shots per week?

400mgs would be fine also. Try 100mgs/EOD. Every other day is the longest you should go when using prop, every day is best.
